"We have stayed here for years. This hotel has deteriorated rapidly. The coffee pot didn't work. The furniture in our suite looked and felt like it came out of a frat house. I was not recognized as a Hilton Honors Member when checking in, but it was displayed on the TVs in our suite. "PLEASE get coffee lids for the rooms. We're Hilton Honors members and have this location saved as a favorite. The last 2 times we've stayed, there were no coffee lids (the last time there was only one coffee cup and 1 k-cup for a king room... 🤔). Today as we were leaving the wind was blowing pretty bad. Coffee spilled and went all over me. Not a great start to the day."
